The present invention provides a household food dryer which can be easily and simply washed and improves a drying efficiency by making a hot air circulation operation to be optimal and uniform. Disclosed in the present invention is a food dryer comprising: a heater blower assembly for heating and blowing an air; a base provided with the heater blower assembly mounted thereon and having a rim with a predetermined height formed along the periphery and having a bottom surface formed inclined toward a water strike-through hole; a drain pan for receiving and collecting water discharged through the water strike-through hole in the base; a tray container provided detachably on top of the base and having duct installation holes formed on top and bottom, respectively and having a door capable of opening and closing an inner space and having an air outlet on the upper surface and vent holes formed on the bottom surface at regular intervals and having at least one support formed on the inner surface of each side; at least one sieve-type tray vertically housed in the multi-stage inside the tray container and provided with a duct-pass-through hole at the center of the upper and the lower part; and a duct provided detachably through the duct installation hole on top of the tray container and the duct-pass-through hole of the tray and having an air inlet formed on the top surface and having air circulation vent holes formed at regular intervals in the circumferential outer surface. |
