摘要 The present invention relates to a real-time integrated management system for multi-unit site, which is centered on a top tier command & control center (TTC) in a nuclear power plant. A conventional FLEX strategy in the U.S. is appropriate to the U.S. in a sense that two nuclear facilities are operated in a single nuclear power plant site. However, in the Korean case where a plurality of nuclear facilities are concentrated in one nuclear power plant site or are installed adjacent to each other, emergency power by individual stations, the transfer of temporary facilities such as an emergency coolant, connection of a power booth, the connection of an inlet of the emergency coolant, and the use of additional equipment are not easy in the state where catastrophic disaster is hard to predict. Accordingly, the present invention constructs a system by comprising a disaster control system for each nuclear facility, a top tier command integrated system and a management system of the TTC, and controls by an emergency procedure of the extensive damage by automatically determining whether the extensive damage occurs, while state information by each nuclear facility is monitored integrally in real time, and, accordingly, in accordance with the procedure, integrated supports such as an emergency manpower, a core safety parameter, a temporary emergency power and a coolant, a communication system, and an external support manpower are allowed to be managed.
