The present invention relates to a making method of pork entails by sterilizing pork entails as a food material in a sanitary manner with more improved method of sterilization by using ultrasonic sterilization cleaner than the conventional way of washing and trimming, or making with a steam process or a smoking method, thereby preventing food poisoning, making pork entails tender, and removing smell thereof such that flavors are improved. In addition, provided is a making method of pork entails by marinating raw pork entails with supplementary materials for creating taste which a customer prefers, a red pepper powder, Chinese pepper, ginger, Star anise, curry, etc., and maturing the marinated pork entails. |
