摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing seasoned fried filling using chicken and rice cake. The method comprises a cutting step (100) of separating bones from prepared chicken (11) to make lean meat (10) and cutting a side of the lean meat (10) to form an inner space (13); a frying-preparation step (200) of preparing seasoning diluted in water, immersing the lean meat (10) in the seasoning water to interfuse the seasoning into the chicken for 30 minutes to 1 hour, taking the chicken out, putting rice cake (15) and seasoning filling (14) into the inner space (13), and covering the cut part of the lean meat (10) to prevent the rice cake (15) and seasoning filling (14) from coming out; and a frying step (300) of coating the lean meat (10) with flour and then frying powder and frying the lean meat (10) in heated oil until the lean meat (10) floats on the oil. The method according to the present invention is a simple manufacturing method, thus, anybody can easily manufacture the filling and cooking time can be reduced. The rice cake (15) and seasoning filling (14) contained helps keep the various components of the chicken (11) to reduce greasiness and the seasoning filling (14) creates nutty and mellow taste while the various ingredients of the seasoning filling (14) are healthy.
