The present invention relates to a liquid formulation containing micelles having a size of 0.001-10 nm with an encapsulated immunosuppressant. According to the present invention, the liquid formulation does not use oil such as castor oil which has safety problems, but uses only glycol solvents, triblock copolymers in a PEO-PPO-PEO form and polyoxyethylene-based surfactants, thereby forming micelles of less than 10 nm with the encapsulated immunosuppressant even in simple mix. Accordingly, the present invention solves precipitation problems, has no blurring of vision in a drop of water when used as eye bath drops, and is stable in long period storage without problems of toxicity and sterilization by being sterilized with a filter of 0.22 micrometers, thereby being used as a liquid formulation containing an immunosuppressant. |
