The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a sheet, comprising: an unwinding step for supplying an object wound on a roll; a transferring step for transferring the supplied object; and a cutting step for cutting the transferred object in the lateral direction of the object. In addition to this, the present invention provides an apparatus for manufacturing a sheet, comprising: an unwinding part to supply an object wound on a roll; a transferring part to transfer the supplied object; and a cutting part to cut the transferred object, wherein the cutting part cuts the object in the lateral direction.
