The present invention relates to a virtual machine tool simulation model for improvement of energy efficiency and a method for improvement of energy efficiency using the same. The virtual machine tool simulation model (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention is a modularized virtual machine simulation model which predicts the energy consumption efficiency of each part when operating the machine and calculates the optimized manufacturing terms to increase energy consumption efficiency based on the predicted efficiency. The model includes: feed drive systems (110) having a driving part which rotates or transmits a processing tool or an object to be processed by control signals received through a control part, and a control part which transmits control signals to the driving part and an auxiliary unit; a spindle (120) which is driven by the driving part of the feed drive systems (110) and has a driving motor and bearing to execute mechanical processing by mounting the processing tool; auxiliary units (130) which have a lubricating device which reduces mechanical friction of the feed drive systems (110) and the spindle (120), a cooling device which cools down the feed drive systems (110) and the spindle (120), and an electric device of the virtual machine tool simulation model. |
