The present invention provides a manufacturing apparatus for a capsule-embedded functional tape, which is embedded with capsules capable of discharging a functional liquid, and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing apparatus comprises: a feeder unit for applying a vibration to a capsule wherein a functional liquid is accommodated; a conveyor unit for conveying a capsule delivered by the feeder unit in a straight line; a blade unit having an end portion, which is extended toward the conveyor unit, and positioned in the movement direction of a capsule so as to cut a surface of the capsule; and a guide unit for guiding a capsule toward the blade unit by contacting a capsule between the blade unit and the feeder unit. |
