The present invention provides a water-film cultivation facility, the invention comprising: an inner house (110) having an inner space (111); an outer house (120) surrounding the inner house (110) and installed spacing at regular intervals on the outside of the inner house (110) so as to form a water-film space (121); a water-film formation pipe (130) installed in the upper portion of the water-film space (121) in the longitudinal direction of the inner house (110) and injecting an underground water to the outer surface of the inner house (110) so as to form a water-film (131); an underground water supply unit (200) for supplying an underground water to the water-film formation pipe (130); and an underground water drainage unit (300) for draining an underground water injected by the water-film formation pipe (130) to a stream (2). The underground water drainage unit (300) includes infiltration holes (340) for returning the underground water, which is injected by the water-film formation pipe (130), to the underground (1), wherein the infiltration holes (340) are formed to be recessed toward the underground. |
