The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring an inclined angle using a laser and a measuring method thereof, more specifically, which can get an angle by measuring a trajectory of reflective light by irradiating a laser to an object. The apparatus for measuring an inclined angle using a laser comprises: a support plate having graduations widthwise and lengthwise to measure the length; a support capable of adjusting the height while being formed in an end point of an edge of one end of the support plate; a laser pointer attached on an upper side of the support; and a screen stood on the other end of the support plate in a vertical direction.
