The present invention relates to a control method of a refrigerating system and a refrigerator with a special purpose such as a blood refrigerator. The disclosed control method comprises: a step of controlling a heat exchange system controlling the temperature of a storage where stored goods are stored; a step of controlling the temperature of a storage within a target temperature range by a temperature controller which controls the heat exchange system; a step of determining whether a master controller controlling a circuit part of the refrigerating system including the temperature controller has a failure or not; and a step of maintaining the temperature of a storage within the target range since the temperature controller independently controls the heat exchange system when the failure of the master controller occurs.
