The present invention relates to novel nitrilase and a preparation method of Sangivamycin using the same. The novel nitrilase is separated from Gynuella sunshinyii (YC6258)^T and can convert a cyano group (RCN) to an amino group (RNH_2) through hydrolysis, and the method is capable of stably and economically manufacture Sangivamycin which is pharmaceutically useful using the same.
