<p>A shift device has lever members arranged between a sleeve, a hub, and synchronizer rings to amplify and transmit pressing force of the sleeve to one of the synchronizer ring. The lever members include a top portion and arm portions at the both sides of the top portion. The lever members are provided with a torque receiving surface capable of receiving friction torque from projections of the synchronizer rings on an intermediate portion of each arm portion between the top portion and a second slide surface provided on each end of the arm portions.</p> |
