BAND BINDER FORMING APPARATUS HAVING IMPROVED ASSEMBLING STRUCTURE

The present invention relates to a coil steel plate binding band binder forming apparatus to insert a clip in one ending part of a band cut to a certain length, and to shape and release a band binding part whose one ending part is successively folded. The present invention comprises: a band shoulder part to shoulder a coiled band; a band supply part to supply in one direction by spreading the one ending part of the band coiled to the band shoulder part; a clip assembly part to insert a clip to the band provided by the band supply part; a clip supply part to provide an individual clip for the clip assembly part; a band folding part to keep a band from escaping by folding the one ending part of the band the clip is inserted in; a cutting part to cut a band provided by the band supply part to a certain length; and a fixed base to form a space to install the mentioned above. The clip assembly part comprises: an assembly block installed in a rotational shape to the fixed base; and a driving member to rotate the assembly block isometrically in a reversible way. The assembly block is designed in a way which a band entry route and an entering path of the band is connected with a clip containing grooves to contain a clip provided along a slope rail of the clip supply part.
