摘要 本案系关于一种太阳能电池,包括半导体基板、射极层、第一电极、第二电极及介电层。半导体基板具有第一表面及与第一表面相对之第二表面,且半导体基板具有贯穿通道贯穿第一表面及第二表面。射极层形成于半导体基板之第一表面、第二表面及贯穿通道,其中半导体基板与射极层之间形成pn接面。第一电极形成于贯穿通道、第一表面以及第二表面,并且与射极层相接触。第二电极形成于第二表面且电性连接于半导体基板。介电层形成于贯穿通道内,且位于射极层与第一电极之间,以使第一电极与pn接面相隔离,俾提升太阳能电池的转换效率。;The present invention relates to a solar cell. The solar cell includes a semiconductor substrate, a emitter layer, a first electrode, a second electrode and a dielectric layer. The semiconductor substrate includes a first surface and a second surface opposing to the first surface. The semiconductor further includes a through hole penetrating through the first surface and the second surface. The emitter layer is formed on the first surface and the second surface of the semiconductor substrate and the dielectric layer, wherein the semiconductor substrate and the emitter layer formed a p-n junction. Every first electrode is formed in the through hole and on the first surface and the second surface. The second electrode is formed on the second surface and conductively connected to the semiconductor substrate. The dielectric layer is formed in the through hole, wherein the dielectric layer located between the emitter layer and the first electrode, that isolating the first electrode from the p-n junction. Consequently, the solar cell of the present invention achieves the advantages of increasing conversion efficiency.
