The present disclosure provides a vehicle shift lever stopper arrangement for a shifter mechanism. The arrangement comprises a shift lever positioned in a shift socket of transmission housing. A plurality of flexible plates of predetermined configuration is removably mounted around the shift lever on the shift socket to restrict movement of the shift lever into shifting gates of the transmission housing.
