本发明提供一种以乙烯底油作为原料，具有适当的黏度，容易使用且安全性高的橡胶配合油的制造方法、及藉由该制造方法所得到的橡胶配合油、橡胶组成物、及轮胎制品。本发明藉由一种方法来制造橡胶配合油，该方法包括以乙烯底油或其高沸点成分作为原料，将此原料设定在50~330℃的温度，使氢加成在乙烯性碳-碳双键之氢化步骤；该氢化步骤之后，在330~390℃的温度下氢化分解之氢化分解步骤；及该氢化分解步骤之后，藉由蒸馏除去低沸点成分之低沸点成分除去步骤。 The invention relates to a method of producing a rubber compounding oil having a suitable viscosity with high safety and easy handling, using ethylene bottom oil as a raw material.
