<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an examination instrument enabling a series of operations to be conducted easily and quickly in collecting environmental microorganisms deposited on the surface of a to-be-examined object, and free from any concern of a medium's being stained by microorganisms other than the deposited microorganisms. <P>SOLUTION: The examination instrument is configured to include: the body 10 where a stand frame 14 having a holding recessed part 16 is formed, a to-be-engaged part 20 is formed on part of the outer circumferential surface of the stand frame 14, and a flat plate-like medium 18 is held in the recessed part 16; and a lid body 12 where a recessed covering part 24 externally engaged disengageably on the stand frame 14 of the body 10, and part of the inner circumferential surface of the recessed covering part 24 is furnished with an engagement part 26 to be engaged on the to-be-engaged part of the stand frame. In this instrument, the body 10 and the lid body 12 are integratedly formed of a flexible plastic material; and an outer circumferential frame 22 protruded on the circumferential lower rim of the stand frame 14 and a second outer circumferential frame 28 protruded on the circumferential upper rim of the recessed covering part 24 are bendably joined to each other so that the lid body 12 is openable relative to the body 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
