According to a communication control method of the invention, when a cell (#2) to be turned off is set to an off state, the transmission power of a nearby cell (#1) is increased, thereby causing the nearby cell (#1) to compensate for the coverage of the cell (#2) to be turned off. The communication control method comprises: a step in which UE (100) connected to the cell (#2) to be turned off notifies the cell (#2) to be turned off of a nearby cell reception power that is a reception power for a radio signal from the nearby cell (#1); and a step in which a server (400), which acquires the nearby cell reception power via the cell (#2) to be turned off, determines an increase amount of the transmission power of the nearby cell (#1) on the basis of the acquired nearby cell reception power. |
