摘要 <p>Micro-converter for telecommunication devices power supply from solar panels is one of the static converters of DC voltage to DC voltage designed for uninterruptible power supply of consumers from solar panels using a battery and electric generator with fuel tank and rectifiers. Micro-converter is realized in "boost" topology with: synchronous switch (Q2) in the output, circuit for losses reduction while switching the main switch (Q1) on, and a special circuit that turns the main switch off at a voltage close to 0V and reduces switch off losses. This circuit consists of a resonant circuit with inductor (L3) and capacitor (C2), a winding coupled with "boost" converter inductor (L14) and diodes (D2, D3). Micro-converter is controlled by a microcontroller which keeps the operating point of the solar panel at the maximum power point (MPP) until the micro-converter's output voltage reaches maximum value. This maximum voltage is set over serial communication by a CPU that controls battery voltage as a function of temperature and effective battery charging in this system of solar panels with micro-converters.</p>
