Abstract The present invention provides an injection or dosing apparatus 10 which includes at least one first chamber and piston assembly 12 for receiving a first flowable material and at least one second chamber and piston assembly 12 for receiving a second flowable material, characterised in that the first and second chambers and piston assemblies 12 are mounted on an actuator or actuators 36 for movement of the pistons into the chambers 12. The present invention also provides a canister or pail evacuation system (figs 5 to 13) for use with an injection or dosing apparatus 10, which dispenses the contents of a pail or canister 200 of injection moulding material or component.
