PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure for surely preventing foreign matters from intruding into the inside.SOLUTION: A dust seal lip part 14 of the seal structure 10 has a second dust seal lip 14b. The lip 14b extends from the vicinity of the inner end of a flange part 12a of a reinforcing ring 12 beyond the opening side end of a housing H to the inside of a cap C to slidably contact the outer peripheral face of a shaft S. The cap C is assembled on the shaft S to form a clearance G1 from the housing H, and has a cutout portion C1 for accommodating the lip 14b. Thus, foreign matters having intruded up to the seal structure 10 can push the lip 14b extending to the cutout portion C1 of the cap C toward the shaft S, so that intrusion of foreign matters into the inside of the housing H can be effectively prevented as more foreign matters intrude shortly. |
