PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supplement which has a good manufacturability and an excellent administration feeling, while containing high amounts of sphingomyelin.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a solid supplement containing the following component (A) and (B): (A) 0.15-7 mass% of sphingomyelin; (B) phosphatidylinositol or a salt thereof. And in the solid form supplement, the mass ratio of (B) phosphatidylinositol or a salt thereof to the content of (A) sphingomyelin [(B)/(A)] in terms of phosphatidylinositol is 0.05-3.
