PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device allowing reduction of a peripheral circuit and allowing easy timing design.SOLUTION: The semiconductor device comprises: a memory cell arrays ARY1, ARY2; main data wiring DMIOD provided on the memory cell array ARY1 and transferring read dada read from the memory cell array ARY1; main data wiring DMIO provided on the memory cell array ARY2 and transferring read data read from the memory cell arrays ARY1, ARY2; a main amplifier MA connected to the main data wiring DMIO and amplifying the read data on the main data wiring DMIO; and a repeater circuit MIORPT provided between the memory cell arrays ARY1, ARY2 and transferring the read data on the main data wiring DMIOD to the main data wiring DMIO. The invention reduces a peripheral circuit and facilitates timing design. |
