<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massaging instrument that gives more effective massaging effects by changing the strength of holding a body region between body contact parts when moved along the body. <P>SOLUTION: The massaging instrument is configured to give a massage to a part of the body by rotating a plurality of the body contact parts 1 provided at arbitrary intervals in an axial direction. Each of the body contact parts 1 is formed to have protrusions and recesses so as to change the strength of holding the body region held between adjacent body contact parts 1 when moved along the body. Each of the body contact parts 1 can be configured to have a protruding part 1a protruding outward on an outer rim part.
