<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconductive coil and a superconductive magnet which improve the cooling efficiency of a coil part while preventing malfunctions of a cooling head. <P>SOLUTION: A coil part 10 is formed by winding a superconductive wire. A cooling head 20 has an end part 21 performing cooling. The end part 21 of the cooling head 20 has an end surface BM and a side surface SD enclosing the end surface BM. A heat transmission part 30 connects the coil part 10 and the cooling head 20 with each other. The heat transmission part 30 has a first heat transmission plate 31a and a fixture 32. The first heat transmission plate 31a is attached to the coil part 10 at a first position. The fixture 32 holds the first heat transmission plate 31a and is attached to the cooling head 20.
