<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving device for observation, which can highly-accurately and stably inspect a filament body for the observation of the filament body performing opening-and-closing operation of a gate. <P>SOLUTION: The moving device for the observation is provided with a moving member 25 attached with a camera for observation for observing the filament body 16, and a control means 26 which moves the moving member 25 along the filament body 16. The moving member 25 is provided with a moving body 30 fixed detachably to the filament body 16, and a moving sub-body 33. The control means 26 is provided with a chuck control part 53 and a movement control part 54. The chuck control part 53 releases the fixation of the moving sub-body 33 in a state where the moving body 20 is fixed, and releases the fixation of the moving body 30 in a state where the moving sub-body 33 is fixed. The movement control part 54 moves the moving sub-body 33 in the longitudinal direction of the filament body in a state where the moving body 30 is fixed, and moves the moving body 30 in the longitudinal direction of the filament body in a state where the moving sub-body 33 is fixed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
