<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet suitable as a whiteboard having scratch resistance and a projection function by a projector which has marker erasability as the whiteboard and reduces a remainder of a remover (ghost) contained in a marker occurring upon erasing marks of the marker. <P>SOLUTION: The decorative sheet includes a film base material, and a surface protective layer constituted of a cross-linking curing product of an ionizing radiation curable resin composition. In the decorative sheet and the decorative panel having the decorative sheet laminated on the base material, (1) the surface protective layer contains a resin having an acrylic skeleton as a leveling agent at a ratio of 0.1-4.0 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the ionizing radiation curable resin composition, (2), as a constituting unit of the resin having the acrylic skeleton, the surface protective layer contains (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester not having a hydroxy group, and is poly(meth)acrylate containing at least one kind selected from a group of (meth)acrylic acid hydroxyalkyl ester and an aromatic vinyl compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
