1. A sheet conveyance apparatus comprising:
a conveyance unit configured to nip and convey a sheet; a detection unit configured to detect an end of a sheet in a width direction perpendicular to a sheet conveying direction; a moving unit configured to move the conveyance unit nipping the sheet in the width direction; and a control unit configured to control, in a case where the position of the end of the sheet in the width direction detected by the detection unit is separated from a reference position by an amount which is greater than a first predetermined amount and less than or equal to a second predetermined amount, the moving unit to move the conveyance unit by a third predetermined amount which is less than or equal to the first predetermined amount, based on a detection result of the detection unit, and to perform control, in a case where the position of the end of the sheet in the width direction detected by the detection unit is separated from the reference position by an amount which is greater than the second predetermined amount, to perform abnormality processing based on a detection result of the detection unit.
