The present invention relates to a Corynebacterium sp. microorganism having xylose availability, and a method for preparing L-lysine using the same, and more specifically, to a Corynebacterium sp. microorganism in which a gene coding xylose isomerase and xylulokinase which are enzymes for synthesizing xylose is induced and transformed to express the enzymes, and to a method for preparing L-lysine comprising the steps of culturing the transformed Corynebacterium sp. microorganism by using carbon resources, and collecting L-lycine from the culture. |
