PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymeric composition containing an epoxidized fatty acid ester and a vinyl chloride resin excellent in thermal stability, free of exudation and suitable as a coating on a conductor.SOLUTION: To prevent exudation and increase thermal stability of an epoxidized fatty acid ester used as a plasticizer, a heat stabilizer is used which comprises a &bgr;-diketone and first and second metal salts selected from among calcium stearate, zinc stearate, barium stearate, cadmium stearate, dibutyltin dilaurate, and the like. |
