<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a change in image quality between an image formed on a recording medium using image data before rotation processing and an image formed on a recording medium using image data after the rotation processing. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 1 performs image processing on input image data, and forms an image on a recording medium. The image forming apparatus 1 includes an image processing unit 20 that performs, when anisotropic image data having a direction different from that of the recording medium is input, image rotation processing for rotating the anisotropic image data to be in the direction of the recording medium before performing half-tone processing during the image processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
