<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide forgery-proof printed matter including a visible image to be observed under normal light, a first invisible image which can be observed due to the intervention of a simple distinguishing part, and a second invisible image to be observed by a special device. <P>SOLUTION: This forgery-proof printed matter is constituted of a plurality of units which are regularly arrange on a based, each incorporating a scribed image line which forms the visible image, the first invisible image and the second invisible image. The first invisible image is formed of image line elements which are regularly arranged in each unit and related with each other under optically ON-OFF switching function.
