the inlet portion includes a first tube and a second tube in the interior of the first tube and having a height smaller than that of the first tube, the outlet port includes a first outlet port and a second outlet port, the flow channel includes a first flow channel and a second flow channel, the first flow channel connects the first outlet port and a space in the interior of the second tube, the second flow channel connects the second outlet port and a space between the first tube and the second tube, and the first flow channel and the second flow channel are not connected.
