<p>The invention relates to a system for quick thermal shock testing of specimens with water quenching, for the installation of quick thermal shock testing of materials. According to the invention, the system consists of a rigid quenching bath (7) fixed onto the bearing framework (10) on which there are a thermocouple (8), a mechanical stirrer (9) for thermostating the quenching water and a pyrometer (11) for measuring the temperature at the specimen surface before it is dropped into the quenching bath (7) and a vertical robot (1) having a mobile slide (3) moving vertically up and down, with a support (4) and a stainless steel basket (5) mounted thereon.</p> |
