PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: in providing a partition wall by an ink jet method or a polymerized photoresist method, a large device is required, and it is difficult to form a partition wall of a fluid device on demand at the site of fieldwork; in order to prevent the fluid device from being blown away or the flow path from being bent, it is necessary to manually accommodate the flow path formed of paper in a housing, which is bothersome.SOLUTION: The present invention makes it possible to form a partition wall by thermal transfer, by using a support that has a heatproof temperature higher than the melting start temperature of a thermoplastic material. A fluid device can be applied with weight and rigidity when the support is bonded with and used integrally with a porous layer. Thus, there is an effect that the fluid device can be prevented from being blown away and that a flow path can be prevented from being bent even if a housing is not used. |
