PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more equalize pressures applied to electrolyte membrane-electrode assemblies and to effectively suppress variations of power generation distribution.SOLUTION: A fuel cell stack 1 comprises: a cell laminate formed by laminating a plurality of cells 2 constituted by interposing electrolyte membrane-electrode assemblies among pairs of separators; a pair of collector plates 3 disposed outside the pairs of separators; a pair of end members 4 disposed outside the pair of collector plates 3; and a fastening band 5 surrounding a cell stack 6 laminated with the cell laminate, the pair of collector plates 3 and the pair of end members 4. The pair of end members 4 individually has a plurality of plate-like members 4a. Each of the plurality of plate-like members 4a has a constant arc-like shape of which a height from a surface brought into contact with any of the pair of collector plates 3 is gradually increased across from both ends toward a central portion. Further, the plurality of plate-like members 4a is disposed side-by-side with intervals in a width direction of the fastening band 5. The plate-like members 4a adjacent to one another out of the plurality of plate-like members 4a are coupled to one another by coupling members 4b being flexible at parts of surfaces facing one another. |
