<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductor for electrode/wiring in which occurrence of corrosion or migration can be prevented for a long period even when a conductor composed of sintered metallic particles is used as a microfabricated electrode/wiring. <P>SOLUTION: On a conductor thin film composed of sintered metallic particles, a metal ion migration prevention film containing either a thiol compound represented by a general formula (1) and/or a sulfide compound represented by a general formula (2) is provided, and an aggregate structure is included in the metal ion migration prevention film of a conductor for electrode/wiring.
