摘要 Provided is an amadoriase that is characterized by acting on various kinds of glycated peptides produced by hydrolyzing the β-chain of hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) to form hydrogen peroxide. Also provided are an HbA1c measurement method using the amadoriase and an HbA1c measurement reagent kit comprising the amadoriase. An HbA1c measurement method using an amadoriase, said amadoriase being obtained by substituting at least one amino acid residue at a position selected from the group consisting of the 62-position, 63-position, 102-position, 106-position, 110-position, 113-position and 355-position in an amadoriase originated from a bacterium belonging to the genus Coniochaeta, etc. and characterized by being capable of oxidizing various kinds of glycated peptides to form hydrogen peroxide, and a measurement reagent kit that comprises the aforesaid amadoriase. Thus, a measurement method and a measurement kit whereby HbA1c can be quickly, easily and highly accurately quantified with a small prescription dosage of a protease, or a measurement method and a measurement kit whereby HbA1c can be quickly, easily, highly accurately and highly sensitively quantified can be provided.
