Provided is a seal for a ball-screw device, the seal being configured so that damage to a seal member and the leakage of grease can be prevented. A guide section (50) which protrudes or is recessed in the axial direction of a screw shaft (10) is provided at the outer peripheral edge of a seal member (40) provided to the nut (20) of a ball-screw device (1), the guide section (50) being located at the portion of the outer peripheral edge which corresponds to an inner peripheral edge in sliding contact with the rolling groove (11) of the screw shaft (10) or with the land section (12) between the windings of the rolling groove (11, 11). |
