An organ image capture device (1) comprises an imaging unit (3), a contour extraction unit (6), and a detection unit (7). The imaging unit (3) images an organ of a living body and obtains an image. The contour extraction unit (6) extracts a contour of the organ from the image obtained by the imaging unit (3). The detection unit (7) calculates a fitted curve approximating the contour of the organ or a part of the contour extracted by the contour extraction unit (6) and detects unevenness of the contour on the basis of the degree of correlation between the contour and the fitted curve. |
