PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet with a pusher which enables a user to obtain stable operation feeling even when the size of the sheet is reduced, and to provide a push switch and a manufacturing method of the sheet with the pusher.SOLUTION: A sheet 100 with a pusher transmits a pressing force from an operation member OP to a movable contact member 3 and includes: a sheet member 1; and a pusher member 2 fastened to one surface of the sheet member 1. The pusher member 2 has a fastening part 2a fastened to the sheet member 1 and also has a pushing part 2b in a portion at the opposite side of the fastening part 2a. The pushing part 2b has a recessed part 2c at its center. A manufacturing method 300 of the sheet with the pusher comprises: a first step where a film made of crystalline resin is punched into a columnar shape to form the pusher member 2; a second step where the pusher member 2 is fastened to the one surface of the sheet member 1 made of the crystalline resin; and a third step where the recessed part 2c is formed at the pusher member 2. A push switch 200 is a switch device using the sheet 100 with the pusher.
