<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for objectively and specifically evaluating various mental or physical conditions such as stress and fatigue which have been evaluated only on the basis of subjective symptoms. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is an index agent for stress or fatigue containing at least two kinds of factors selected from a group consisting of IL-1α, IL-2ra, IL-16, CTACK, GRO-α, ICAM-1, IFN-α2, LIF, MCP-3, M-CSF, MIF, MIG,β-NGF, SCF, SCGF-β, SDF1a, TNF-β, S100, RAGE, IL-18BP, and VCAM-1; a test drug for stress or fatigue containing at least two kinds of molecules selected from a group consisting of molecules specifically recognizing the factors; a method for measuring stress or fatigue using the test drug; and an index agent weight-distributed to at least two kinds of factors selected from the factor group, the index agent for evaluating a mental condition or intensity of a mental disorder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
