<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pictograph registration device capable of registering a pictograph easily. <P>SOLUTION: A pictograph registration device determines whether an image file including image data indicating a pictograph has embedded reading data of the pictograph used for transliteration process.
