The present invention relates to: an active energy ray curable ink-jet ink that is for use in a single pass-printing type ink-jet system and that contains a coloring agent, a monomer and at least one initiator, the sum of the absorbance integral values of the initiator in the 380-410nm wavelength being at least 35, and 0.02≤initiator amount/monomer amount≤0.50 (weight ratio); and an ink set comprising said ink. The present invention combines high productivity and color reproduction properties without wrinkles or tack, and can provide printed products with few residue components in the cured film of the printed product. The present invention can further provide a cured film of the active energy ray curable ink-jet ink, the cured film having a low residue rate, low odor, and the same print image quality and productivity as conventional printing.
