A method for the directional rotary return of rake blades on a rolling raker/loader excavator, and a rolling raker/loader excavator having raker blades capable of directional rotary return for implementing said method. The invention comprises such elements as a rolling raker rotary member (1), directional rotary return raker blades (2), and a rolling raker support device (3). The rake blades (2) comprise such elements as a torsion spring blade shaft (9), a directional rotary return blade (10), a blade rotary hole member (11), and a spring (12). When material is caught between the support device (3) and the blade (10), said blade (10) continues to rotate, the rotary force pushing said blade (10), and said blade (10) driving the rotary hole member (11) to rotate around the blade shaft (9) while pushing a free end (15) of the torsion spring to move. The free end (15) of the torsion spring forces the side of the blade (10) to swing away from the support device (3). The trapped material falls, the blade (10) continues to rotate and, when the blade (10) rotates to a position such that trapped material between said blade (10) and said support device (3) is freed, the free end (15) of the torsion spring rebounds so as to allow the blade (10) to return into place. |
