摘要 Provided are a transparent conductive film, and a preparation method, a display substrate and a display device therefor. The transparent conductive film comprises a seed film layer and a nanowire film layer. The preparation method therefor comprises: forming the seed film layer on the substrate by adopting a pulsed laser deposition method, and forming the nanowire film layer on the seed film layer by adopting the pulsed laser deposition method. The nanowire film layer has a special one-dimensional nanowire structure, thereby not only being capable of improving the light transmittance of the transparent conductive film, so as to improve the utilization rate of light energy, but also being capable of quickly collecting charges and directly transferring same along a one-dimensional channel constituted by the one-dimensional nanowires, so as to improve the collecting efficiency of the charges. With the display substrate adopting the transparent conductive film, not only is the light transmittance greatly improved, but the charging time is also remarkably shortened, and the response speed is greatly improved. The yield can be improved and the product cost can be lowered by replacing an indium material with transition metal oxides.
