KIT FOR DIAGNOSING CHRONIC MYELOID LEUKAEMIA IN A MULTIPLEX REACTION AND APPLICATIONS OF SAME TO MONITOR THE TREATMENT AND THE RESIDUAL DISEASE

The present invention concerns an in vitro diagnosis kit for identifying and quantifying the genetic translocation BCR-ABL present in the case of chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) and acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL). The present kit consists of an innovative combination of novel sets of primers and probes and a calibrating plasmid dilution series allowing the specific detection and quantification of the gene BCR-ABL and the reference gene ABLl, using the real-time PCR method (qPCR) in multiplex or simplex format. The present kit is intended for diagnosing, monitoring the treatment and establishing the residual disease in the case of CML and ALL.
