<p>Provided in embodiments of the present invention are a device and method for data offloading control. The device comprises: a processing module, for use in data offloading configuration by a second network element for a third network element and a terminal on the basis of associated information of the to-be-processed data flows, where the to-be-processed data flows are data flows that are to-be-offloaded by a first network element to the second network element, where the first network element and the second network element implement radio communication on the basis of a cellular radio communication technology, and the third network element implements radio communication on the basis of a wireless fidelity (WiFi) access technology; and, a transmission module, for use in transmission of the to-be-processed data flows with the terminal on the basis of the data offloading configuration, where the first data flow in the to-be-processed data flows is transmitted to the terminal via the third network element. By means of the device and method for data offloading control, the peak rate and throughput of data transmission are increased, thus increasing the performance of network communication.</p> |
