PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion discharge device which allows for arrival of the ion wind, radiated from a casing, to a more distance place.SOLUTION: A discharge device includes a sealed cylindrical casing body 1 connected with a high pressure fluid source, a plurality of discharge electrode needles 2 provided in the casing body 1 and applying a high voltage, and an earth electrode plate 10 facing the discharge electrode needles 2 and provided with a plurality of pores 10a. A ring 11 is provided around the earth electrode plate 10 integrally therewith, the tip of the ring 11 is projected to the downstream side in the radiation direction of ions for the earth electrode plate 10 so as to form a recess 8a between the ring 11 and earth electrode plate 10, and the ring 11 exhibits the guide function of fluid. |
